Our Fixed Fees
Legal Will Writers of Yorkshire are happy to publish our fees which are fixed, competitive and transparent and we offer a Free initial Will consultation and Will information pack before you need to decide to use any of our services. We can draft English Wills also Scottish Wills and which can be either basic or complex and we can prepare Trusts and Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Safe Will Storage. We offer you a choice of Will writing services to suit your needs from a simple basic Will by email where no consultation is required through to Wills by post/email but with personal consultation by telephone and email. Where possible we advise a full consultation for such an important document.
Wills by Post or Email
Includes a full consultation with a qualified Will writer by telephone or email or WhatsApp or Facetime from start to finish for a low price.
How it Works
1. All your questions will be answered by a qualified will writer who will also offer advice by telephone or email or WhatsApp or facetime. We then send you a questionaire by email or post.
2. You complete and return the questionaire by email or post together with your payment.
3. Your completed questionaire is checked by the same qualified Will writer who will then draft your Will and forward to you together with the signing instructions.
4. You have the choice to print out the Will at home or have a printed and bound copy sent to you by post.
